As an SBA 8(a), Government Office Furniture may receive direct negotiated contracts regardless of dollar amount.
As an SBA 8(a), Government Office Furniture is not subject to the $3 million limitation on direct negotiated contracts applicable to other 8(a) firms.
The eligibility of a participant for a direct negotiated or competitive 8(a) requirement may not be challenged by another participant or any other party, either to SBA or any administrative forum as part of a bid or other contract protest.
Federal agencies contracting to Government Office Furniture are able to claim Small Disadvantaged Business and Native American credits.
Prime contractors to DoD are eligible to receive a 5% incentive bonus when subcontracting to minority organization.
Premier Contracted Supplier "PP-FA-300" offers MBE credits for any and all services procured through Government Office Furniture.

Government Office Furniture hires former Air Force Colonel Randy Moulton to assist with Department of Defense contracts
Mr. Moulton joins Government Office Furniture after previously working for MicroTech as its Senior Vice President of Business Development. He was responsible for $182.6 million in growth during a two-year period with the company.
Moulton spent 26 years in the U.S. Airforce and later moved into the private sector. Since leaving the Air Force in 2003, Moulton has focused much of his work on the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and federal and state government. Moulton brings his expert knowledge and vast experience to the Government Office Furniture team. read more
